Areas
Seth T. Mosebey is experienced in all aspects of the firm’s
general law practice. He focuses his practice on estate
planning and administration, residential real estate transactions,
including creation of planned communities and condominiums,
and personal injury litigation and has appeared in civil,
criminal and orphans’ court matters in several counties.
He also currently serves under appointment by the Commonwealth
Court of Pennsylvania as a Referee in insurance liquidation
cases.
Professional
Activities
Mr. Mosebey is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association
and Cumberland County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Cumberland
County Young Lawyers’ Division. Mr. Mosebey has served as an adjunct
professor at Susquehanna University where he continues to supervise training
of the Susquehanna University Mock Trial Team.
Education
Mr. Mosebey received his law degree from The Dickinson School of Law in 2006
and is a 2003 summa cum laude graduate of Susquehanna University where
he earned a B.A. in Information Systems. While at Dickinson, Mr. Mosebey
served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Hannah Leavitt of the Commonwealth
Court of Pennsylvania. He also received a 2005-06 Student Excellence Award
from the American Bar Association Section of State and Local Government
Law.

and Presentations
Mr. Mosebey is the author of “The Fifth Circuit Reaffirms Ability of
Parties to Expand the Scope of Judicial Review in Arbitration Agreements in Prescott
v. Northlake Christian School.” His case note was published in The
Journal of American Arbitration, 2004, Volume 3, Issue 2. |
